Zyuoh King is the main robot of Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger, released in 2016. It is formed from three Cube Animals, typically Cube Eagle, Cube Shark, and Cube Giraffe, creating a highly geometric robot. The cube concept gives Zyuoh King an unusual appearance compared with earlier animal-themed robots because the component animals transform into block-shaped mechanical units. Zyuoh King can use its Zyuoh Buster and other animal-inspired weaponry while changing configurations with additional Cube Animals. Its design is a strong example of Super Sentai experimenting with a simpler, highly modular mecha concept.
