“Rough rider” = woman who likes rough sex/rides hard. “She a rough rider” = she’s sexually aggressive. From dancehall horse-riding metaphors.
“Gyal clown” = woman who acts up for male attention/sex, like a clown. “She a gyal clown” = “She’s doing too much to get sex”. Dismissive.
“Mad ova” = mad over = crazy for. “She mad ova cocky” = “She’s crazy for penis/horny”. Used in lyrics to say a woman is sexually obsessed. Crude.
