“Nuh good” = no good. “She nuh good” = she’s no good/promiscuous/untrustworthy. Used to devalue women who are sexual.
“Gyalis” = player/male who sleeps with many women. But “gyalis gyal” = woman who acts like a gyalis = promiscuous. Insult for women who have many partners.
