Halloween arrives in Angel Grove, but the Rangers discover that the holiday’s tricks can become very real when Rita’s forces get involved. Costumes, disguises and supernatural mischief create the perfect atmosphere for another monster attack. The Rangers must determine what is part of the celebration and what is actually part of Rita’s plan. While the city enjoys Halloween festivities, the heroes have to stay alert and prevent the holiday from becoming an opportunity for Rita to spread chaos.
