One of the biggest mysteries is the real identity and background of Kamen Rider MY-TH. Even if the audience knows the Rider’s civilian identity, there may still be unanswered questions about why this particular person was chosen to become MY-TH and whether the transformation was genuinely voluntary.

Another question is whether MY-TH’s powers originated with the Rider or were inherited from an older source. The Rider’s connection to the transformation system could eventually reveal that the protagonist has been connected to the central conflict for much longer than originally believed.
