During Reiji’s confrontation with Death Gavan, a mysterious Emorgy explosion ends the fight. That event raises the possibility that Emorgy can be deliberately weaponized to interrupt or manipulate Gavan transformations.

It also raises a more disturbing question: who caused the explosion? If it was not simply an accidental reaction, someone may have been observing the fight and intentionally prevented Reiji from discovering Death Gavan’s identity.
