A visit to a carnival takes a dangerous turn when Rita’s forces target Trini’s cousin Sylvia. The Rangers are pulled into a strange situation involving a carnival and a frightening transformation that leaves Sylvia trapped as a cardboard cutout. What appears to be harmless entertainment quickly becomes another attempt to hurt the Rangers through someone they care about.
