Billy’s intelligence becomes the focus of Rita’s latest scheme when the villainous Eye Guy targets a remarkably bright young boy connected to him. The monster wants to capture the boy because of his extraordinary intelligence, forcing Billy to take the threat personally. As Eye Guy begins causing trouble, the Rangers are drawn into another battle where brains are just as important as strength. Billy’s scientific knowledge and determination become especially valuable as the team searches for a way to rescue the young target and stop Eye Guy before Rita can turn intelligence itself into another weapon against Angel Grove.
