The battle for Angel Grove reaches its most dangerous point as the Rangers face Rita, Lokar and the enormous Cyclopsis. The city is threatened on a scale the teenagers have rarely experienced, leaving the team with little room for mistakes. Their weapons, teamwork and Zords are pushed to their limits as they attempt to protect innocent civilians and prevent Rita from completing her takeover.
