Gokaiger was one of the biggest anniversary seasons in franchise history.

The team consisted of space pirates searching for the greatest treasure in the universe.

Their special ability allowed them to transform into previous Super Sentai teams.

This meant the season could directly celebrate decades of heroes.

Gokaiger became one of the franchise’s most important crossover seasons because its entire premise was built around Super Sentai history.
