Billy finds himself inspired by Trini’s Uncle Howard, a brilliant scientist who also possesses impressive martial arts abilities. His combination of intelligence and physical skill gives Billy another example of how science and discipline can work together. At the same time, Rita’s forces create another threat that forces the Rangers into action. Billy must determine what he can learn from Howard while helping his friends deal with the danger facing Angel Grove.
