Jason’s determination and physical strength are put to the test when he attempts to break a bench pressing record at the Angel Grove Gym and Juice Bar. What begins as an ordinary challenge quickly becomes complicated when Rita sends King Sphinx into the fight. Jason has to balance his personal goal with his responsibility as the Red Ranger, proving that being a hero sometimes means putting the safety of others ahead of personal achievements. As King Sphinx brings his own formidable strength to the battle, Jason and the other Rangers must find a way to defeat him before Angel Grove becomes another victory for Rita’s growing army.
