A peaceful food festival in Angel Grove becomes the setting for another bizarre attack when Rita Repulsa decides to turn everyone’s appetite against them. Bulk and Skull are determined to cause trouble of their own, but the situation becomes much more serious when Rita unleashes the monstrous Pudgy Pig, a creature with an enormous appetite and a dangerous mission. As the Rangers try to protect the festival and the people caught in the chaos, they discover that even something as ordinary as a food fight can become a battle for the entire city. The Rangers will need their teamwork, weapons and Zords to put a stop to Rita’s hungry monster.
