Billy’s fear of fish becomes a major obstacle when Rita sends a fish themed monster against the Rangers. The Blue Ranger is usually one of the team’s most logical and dependable members, but this particular enemy forces him to confront something that genuinely makes him uncomfortable. When his friends are placed in danger, Billy has to overcome that fear rather than allow it to control him. The battle becomes as much about personal courage as it is about defeating Rita’s monster, giving Billy a chance to prove that bravery can mean facing something that frightens you rather than pretending the fear does not exist.
