Trini and her friends decide to help clean up Angel Grove, turning their concern for the environment into a practical community effort. Their good intentions soon attract the attention of Rita, who has a very different plan for the city’s surroundings. Instead of helping Angel Grove, Rita wants to cover the world in pollution, creating a threat that directly opposes everything Trini and her friends are trying to accomplish. The Rangers must protect their community while fighting back against a monster scheme that turns pollution into another weapon against Earth.
