A masquerade setting gives the Rangers a chance to enjoy themselves, but Rita’s forces have other plans for the celebration. Disguises, costumes and confusion make it harder for the Rangers to determine exactly what is happening around them. The team must remain alert while dealing with another monster threat that could turn a fun event into a dangerous situation.
