Shurikenjin is the principal robot of Shuriken Sentai Ninninger, the 2015 ninja-themed Super Sentai series. It combines the team’s Otomonin, which are giant mechanical versions of animals associated with ninja traditions. Shurikenjin has a highly stylized appearance, with a large shuriken-like chest emblem and armor inspired by traditional Japanese warriors. Its primary weapon is the Shurikenjin Sword, and the robot can exchange different Otomonin to produce alternate forms. The design blends ninja iconography with brightly colored modern Super Sentai machinery.
