GekiTohja is the main robot of Juken Sentai Gekiranger, the 2007 martial-arts-themed series. It is formed from the three Beast Machines associated with the Gekirangers and is designed to resemble a giant martial artist rather than a traditional heavily armored robot. Its movements and attacks incorporate the season’s Juken martial-arts techniques, giving it an unusually agile fighting style. GekiTohja can also incorporate additional mecha to gain new abilities. Its design is especially significant because the robot’s physical combat style mirrors the martial-arts training of the characters.
