Reiji and several other characters can cross dimensions, but the exact rules governing that ability remain important. Can anyone travel between universes? Is special equipment required? Can dimensions be reached accidentally?

The more characters gain dimensional mobility, the more important these rules become. If dimensional travel has no meaningful limits, then criminals could potentially escape justice simply by jumping between realities.
