Reiji, Setsuna, Kiki, Kunai, and other Space Sheriffs have visually and conceptually different identities, but they share the Gavan title. The mystery is whether their armor systems were independently created or whether they ultimately descend from one common technology.

If there is a shared origin, someone may have deliberately distributed Gavan technology across multiple dimensions. That would raise another question: who decided which people were worthy of receiving it?
