Playful Patois plural for breasts. “Gal wid di big breasteses” = “Girl with big boobs”. Sounds funny, but it’s straight objectifying.
“Waistline” = waist, but dancehall obsesses over it. “Wine yuh waistline” = “Whine/roll your waist sexually”. “Pretty waistline” = she’s sexy when dancing.
